Tim Van Steenbergen

  • Tim Van Steenbergen + theo = René

Never change a winning team. That’s all I can say about theo and Tim Van Steenbergen. The Belgian eyewear brand and designer team up again for René: a very special collection of sunglasses.

  • Luc.Duchêne launches online outlet shop

Sales in Belgium are over …  or not yet.  Luc.Duchêne just launched  a virtual outlet shop so women can buy pieces from former collections at a discount. A clever stroke, ‘cause the Belgian designer, known as the man behind Mer du Nord and Chine,  is the first one in our country to develop an online shop just for one brand.

  • theo x Tim Van Steenbergen in colour!

Last summer theo presented a collection of sunglasses designed by Tim Van Steenbergen titled 'Trees'. The same collection has been redone for SS12 in a colour palette that goes very well with that of Tim's own fashion collection. The new colours have exotic names such as Naranjas, fresas (image top), morera (image bottom) and brandy and make me feel very summery! The main trait of the frames, the metal sidepiece with the structure of tree bark, will of course remain key in this remake.

  • Tim Van Steenbergen presents Metronome

Tim Van Steenbergen isn't afraid of collaborating!  The fashion designer presented tonight his 'Metronome' for Delta Light and showed at the same time his SS12 collection, combined with theo glasses and Ambiorix shoes he designed himself.  The presentation took place in the beautiful Sint-Augustinus church in the center of Antwerp!
