Surely, not every man can pull off a moustache, but if there are good intentions to back it up, I am willing to turn a blind eye. Prostate cancer claims 1400 lives in Belgium and every hour, someone is diagnosed with the disease. Prostate cancer is also the most frequent cancer in men but most people are unaware of this. To tackle this problem, the originally Australian organization Movember calls upon all men on the 1st November for a playful yet hugely meaningful campaign. Get a clean shave on the 1st of November and grow a new moustache en document your moustache's growth on the website and the Facebookpagina! The "Mo Brothers" are supported by the "Mo Sistas" and both the "Mo Brothers and Sistas" of the Belgian label Café Costume go that one bit further by collaborating with the whiskey label Jameson to sensitize the larger public during whiskey tastings and collect money in Café Costume points of sale. At the end of the month, there is a prize for the person or group that managed to get together the largest sum. There's only one thing to do but to 'Let it grow' !
